Upon getting these in the mail, the box contained 12 pods in the box. These pods will work in the regular Keurig machines as well as the 2.0 dispensers. I was able to try out the light roast from what I was sent.
To start with these pods use less plastic in the manufacturing of them. They do not have a solid plastic bottom like regular k-cups. They only have a filter to drain the water through. In this aspect it is a very good thing because it reduces plastic wastes. The pods come in sealed bags of 6 to maintain their freshness. There are 2 bags per box.
The coffee has a very nice aroma that will fill your house with the smell of fresh coffee. The first cup I brewed actually woke everyone up in the house because it smelled so good! The light blend that I have is not a strong coffee. It tastes much like I-Hop coffee to me. It does not have a strong bitter taste to it, which really makes me like it even more. I add a dab of my caramel flavoring and I am set, nothing else required.
When it comes to these pods they are in the price bracket of the Green Mountain Coffees. So they are not overly expensive for a great cup of coffee. If you are looking for a great brand of coffee pods to try out, I suggest giving these pods a try. I would like to thank Greater Goods and affiliates for sending me these pods to try out and share my opinion.
