75' Expandable Garden Hose Review
This is a lightweight and compact garden hose. The hose has brass connectors for a better seal. This is designed to expand to 75 feet in length. This hose also has a double layer latex core for more durability.
For starters this hose is about 25 feet in length without any water pressure to the hose. Once water pressure is applied to the hose it will stretch to about 75 feet. Unlike most expandable hoses this one has not ruptured yet. I think is because it has a double layered core. Most of the hoses I have used in the past blow up after about the 4th or 5th use from water pressure.
Now the hose has brass connectors which makes for a better seal. This also helps maintain the pressure in the hose so it will stay expended. Having brass connectors also reduces the corrosion at the fittings.
There are some simple care instructions you need to keep in mind with a expandable garden hose. Do not subject it to sever weather, try not to leave it in the sun all day across the yard, and make sure to let out the water after each use. These simple steps improve the life of the garden hose greatly.
If you are looking for an expandable garden hose this one will cover your needs. It will expand to 75, brass connectors, and very light weight. I put mine in an old plastic ice cream bucket. I would like to thank Kelley General and affiliates for sending me this hose to try out and share my opinion.
