Seat Cushion Review

This is a seat cushion designed to relive pressure off of the Coccyx and spine. It is made from memory foam materail. The material is made to help prevent allergens from building on these cushions.


I take my cushion with me every where. This cushion is very comfortable to sit on and does help with taking the pressure off of my spine. This helps a small amount with my headache that I have had for what seems forever. Also with out me noticing or reading that this pillow also helps with posture while you are sitting. This is a big plus for those not looking to have the hunch back form in the winter of their life.


The pillow looks like it is designed for those having issues "roids" but it is for so much more. The pillow takes the pressure off of Coccyx area to help with that issue if you need. It is designed to get the pressure off of the Coccyx which goes up the spine and to the neck/head region. So it does great for those that have spinal issues that can not sit for any length of time. It makes it where they can actually sit for q lot longer time since there is no pressure on the spine. The cushion is also made to fit almost any body style shape or size.


I have taken my cushion with me to the bingo parlor to put on the chairs. We all know how comfortable folding chairs tend to be. These make it where I can sit for a few hours and actually play bingo and not getting up every 10 minutes blocking the view of others with the monitors. I keep my cushion in close range for almost every thing. I use while playing cards at the house. I have wooden chairs that are not padded so they can be really rough to sit on for any extended time but these cushions make an incredible difference.


If you are looking for a way to make you sitting a bit more comfortable this is a cushion I recommend. It offers better posture, pressure off of the Coccyx/spine, light weight, and portable. Digital Infrared Ear Thermometer Review

This is an in ear thermometer for taking your temperature. The thermometer is very easy to use. Upon ordering this you get the thermometer, a users manual, 10 covers, and a plastic housing to keep the thermometer more safe.


The themometer has a back lit LCD screen that makes it very easy to read. It will tell you all the information and let you know which modes you are in while using the thermometer. The read out for the current temperature is about 1/2 inch in size.


To use this thermometer it is very simple. Make sure you have batteries installed correctly. Next you press the power button and this will turn the unit on. Now you place the sensor in the ear and press the test button. It only takes a few seconds before it beeps saying the reading is complete. Lastly you remove it from your ear once it beeps and find out what your temperature. There is a mode to keep track of you last 10 tests so you can keep track over a period of time during a sickness.


In the users manual it will tell you everything you can imagine about this thermometer. It will tell you how calibration is done, how to clean, how to take care of the unit, how to ge to the memory mode, and the details of the warranty to mention a few things the manual covers.


If you are looking for a very easy to use thermometer for in home use this is one you can consider. From what I can tell it is very accurate on taking a temperature. I tested this against my old glass thermometer with the mercury line. If there was a difference in the temperature readings I was unable to tell from my eyes. Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor Review

This is a digital upper arm blood pressure monitor. It will take measurements and store for 2 users for your records. The LED screen changes colors based on the level of your blood pressure. It is a very easy to use device. This monitor comes in 2 size cuffs for a proper fit and better accuracy. Upon ordering this BP monitor it comes with the arm cuff, users manual, LED display, and a carrying case.


I ordered the large BP moniter cuff. I was very surprised that this actually had a large cuff. Most of these moniters when they say large are not what I consider large and this is a problem if you can not get the cuff up to your arms for an accurate reading.


Now for the LED screen of this unit. To start with it is a back lit screen which makes it much easier to read. The numbers on the screen are very large making it even more visible to get your reading. The screen will also change colors as well based on your measurements. If the screen stays blue you are in good shape. If the screen moves to an orange color it means you are a bit hight. When the screen goes to red, this means your pressure is very high and you should takes steps to correct.
This device is super simple to use. There are directions on the cuff on how to place it for the best reading. From there all you have to do is hit the start/stop button and it will turn on and start building pressure in the cuff for your reading. From here all that is required is sitting still during the reading. Once it is done it will post the results on your LED screen. There are settings to record the last 60 readings for 2 seperate people. This will keep a great record to track.


With this cuff I took it to my doctors office to test the accuracy. I ran my cuff for a read out. I then waited 20 minutes to have the doctor's office machine to take a reading. It was pretty accurate with a plus or minus of about 7. It is not 100% accurate with the testing that I did run. However it is accurate enough to monitor over time with 60 readings to see if there is an issue. Not to mention if you are sky rocketing to the moon it will certainly show that result quickly with the little bit of difference.


If you are looking for a great way to monitor your blood pressure over time this is a device you should consider picking up. It offers a large LED screen, back lit screen, super easy to use, and stores up to 120 readings. Power Bank Review

This is a decently sized power bank. It offers 20,000 MaH battery capacity. There are 3 USB ports to charge electrical devices from. When you order this you will get a small instructions manual, a USB to micro USB charging cable, and the power bank.


The power bank is fairly large in size physically. It is about 4 inches by 6 inches by 1/2 inch in thickness. The battery pack weights in at a little over one pound. This is not a battery pack you put easily into your pocket and carry it around. This is one you keep with your tablet in a zipper pocket.
This has a really nice capacity for 20,000 MaH. This is enough to charge my tablet 3 times and my cellphone 6 or 7 times depending on how low I drain each of the devices. I was able to charge my cellphone, my nephew's Iphone, 2 tablets, ear buds, and Bluetooth speakers. Pretty much anything that was able to accept a charge from a USB port would charge from this power bank. Next I was able to charge this power bank from my 110 to USB adapter, laptop, desktop, and car adapter. It takes about an hour for the bank to be fully charged from being drained with the 110 to USB adapter. It takes 15 to 20 minutes longer using my laptop or desktop to charge. Now using my car lighter adapter takes several hours and not the way to go unless you are on a long road trip.


The back up battery charger offers 3 charging ports for your devices. One of the ports is a 3.0 USB port the other 2 are 2.0 ports. The one labeled out1 is a 1A charging port. Out2 is a 2.1A charging port. The out3 (USB 3.0) offers 2.4A charging speed. These ports also have what I call smart charge tech. It will detect your device and not over charge, over volt, or over heat them while charging. It will shut off charging to the device when it detects the device is fully charged.


If you are looking for a very nice back up battery charger this one one you might want to pick up. It offers 20,000 MaH capacity, 3 USB charging ports, smart charge tech, and works on pretty much anything that uses a USB port to recharge. Bluetooth Rechargeable Mouse Review

This mouse has a few features to mention. The mouse offers 3 DPI settings, a rechargeable battery, and a slim design. Upon ordering the mouse you get the charging cable, an instructions manual, and the mouse.


To start with on the Bluetooth features of the mouse. It pairs very easily to my andriod devices and to my laptop with windows 7. It however has issues with my new laptop with Windows 10. For the most part the mouse stays paired and runs nicely. Occasionally it does forget the device it is paired with.


The rechargeable battery on the mouse does appear to last for a lengthy time. There is a draw back to this mouse with that though. It goes in sleep mode very fast. It has even gone into the sleep mode while I using it full time. This makes it very bad for gaming. Doing regular tasks on your device this is not nearly as noticeable.


Next the slim and sleek design of the mouse makes it great for storage of the mouse in a small bag pocket. However for someone like me with large hands it can be a little bit uncomfortable to use for any length of time. Now for my mother it would be great having much smaller hands.


There are 3 DPI settings for this mouse. These settings include 800 / 1200 / 1600. These are not very high DPI resolutions. There is a very small noticeable difference in these settings but would not work great for any fast paced gaming scenarios though.


If you are looking for a Bluetooth mouse for general uses this one will work. However if you are looking for something that may be used for gaming this will not be a good buy. I would like to thank Arrela and affiliates for sending me this mouse to try out and share my opinion.

Butter Knife Review

This is not your typical butter knife you find in your silverware drawer. This is a butter knife used in a more formal dinner arangement. The knife is designed for a long life being made from stainless steel.


This is a multi-tool of a sort. It offers a grater, slicer and curler in one. The knife is made with a handle that looks odd and uncomfortable. However the butter knife handle is actually very comfortable once you take it in hand.


This butter knife is designed for years to come. It is made from stainless steel. This means it can be cleaned in a dishwasher. I would not consider that option myself since it is being used for butter or the likes and only requires some hot water ran over to clean. This being made from stainless steel it is also very easy to get a really nice shine for presentation on the table.


If you are in the market for a very nicely designed butter knife for a formal setting this is one to certainly consider. It offers a very easy to polish surface and multiple functions including a grater, a slicer, and as a curler. Stainless Steel Spatula Review

This is not your typical spatula. It can be used for a great deal of cooking needs. It has silicone covering that are food grade quality. This spatula also comes with a 100% money back guarantee.


The silicone coating on the spatula on the turner area is a very nice addition. It is virtually non-stick so turning foods becomes a piece of cake. Next the handle has an area covered with the same silicone material. Having the silicone material on the handle and on the turner end of the spatula helps protect your hands from heat transfers. This puts a stop to heat transfer burns. Next having the silicone attached to this spatula at the handle makes it almost impossible for creating molds or the likes from food particles. Large Cube Ice Tray Review

These are a very large ice cube making trays. The trays are made from silicone. They are designed to be very durable. Upon ordering you will recieve 2 trays that make 8 cubes in each tray. Currrently this company only offers the trays in blue color.


The trays make 8 cubes that are 2 inch cubes. These ice cubes can be kind of difficult to remove until you figure out the trick. It is rolling the cubes out from the center to remove them. Once these cubes are removed they do last a very long time before melting away.


When you first get these trays you should take time to clean them completely. How I clean mine requires a few steps. First thing I do is boil them in a pot of water for a couple of minutes. Then I rinse them off with cool water. Now I wash them normally with soap and water. I let the trays air dry. A common thing that happens with silicone trays can be a film coating on the cubes from the trays. Taking these steps to clean them on the first time use helps prevent that greatly. Another thing I do is remove the cubes a few hours after they are solid and place them in my ice bowl.


Since these are silicone based products they can be used in hot or cold. I have never used them for a warm application because I use way to much ice. If you are looking for some great ice cube trays that are built to last these are some you should consider. Portable Charger Review

This is a 10,000 Mah portable backup charging station. It offers dual ports for charging. An LED back lit screen for remaining charge. Currently it comes in either black or white. Upon ordering this charger you get an instructions booklet, a USB to micro USB charging cable, and the charger.


To start with it is an average size back up battery charging pack at 10,000 Mah. This is enough to charge my cell phone 4 times fully and a little bit remaining at the current battery level. I know that over time 99% these back up chargers lose a bit on the high side. I have not had mine long enough or used it enough to notice a difference at this time. I fully charged it 3 times and completely depleted the battery since I got the charger.


I was able to charge almost any device that uses a mirco USB port for charging. Including my cellphone, tablet, ear buds, and portable speakers. All of these items took the charge with out any problems at all. On the other end, recharging the backup battery pack was as simple. All that was required was a powered USB port and attaching the backup battery to the powered port.


This unit has a couple of other features thare are really nice. There are 2 USB charging ports. This makes it possible to charge 2 devices at one time. Next it has smart charging tech. as I call it. It will not over charge, over heat, or over anything to your device while it is charging. So if you leave the battery pack attached for to long you do not have to worry about it blowing up your phone or whatever. Lastly the back lit LED screen. This powers on anytime you plug a device into the battery pack. It will give you the remaining battery life so you know how well the battery is doing and if you need to recharge the pack.

Water Pitcher Review

This pitcher is one with an infusing sleeve, an ice cube insert, and a E-book recipe book. This pitcher is made from Acrylic. The pitcher has a 3 quart capacity.


This is a see thru pitcher made from Acrylic which makes it difficult to break. Now for the inserts come along with this pitcher. The infusion sleeve is made from the same material as the pitcher. The ice insert is made from a softer plastic so it can expand when the water freezes.


The infusion sleeve screws into the inside of the lid of the pitcher. It does attach firmly once it is screwed into place. You wont have to worry about it dropping off and landing in the pitcher to be fished out. This sleeve is very simple to use. Place what you would like to add to your drink you are making. I tend to use a lot of mango with my infusion sleeve. I start off with putting 2 tea bags inside the tube and attach it to the lid. From there I let it cold brew over night. Then once my tea has finished brewing I pull the infusion sleeve out and throw out my tea bags. I then slice my mango's and put them in the infusion sleeve. Then I let that set for a few hours. From there I have a really nice mango flavored tea.


Then we have the Ice sleeve. There is a marker line to fill with water before filling. I do not recommend over filling this tube because it could damage it. Now This is where the ice sleeve comes in for my tea. As I set the table for diner I screw the ice sleeve into the lid in the same place the infusion sleeve screws in. Now I place it into pitcher of tea and it chills nicely in time for diner.


If you are looking for a pitcher with a very nice extra pieces to make the infusion process very easy to do. This pitcher can be used to make a multitude of combinations to enhance the drinks inside the pitcher. Natural Scented Candle Review

This is a 12 oz. soy candle scented as "Waffles N'At" The candle reads that it will burn for over 70 hours. This is one of the many flavors offered from Sugar Creek Candles.


First off everyone wants to know about the smell. This is a sweet smelling candle. At the first burning the candle has a nice strong scent. After about 10 minutes of burn time the smell reduces greatly. I left the house and went for a walk to make sure I was not becoming adapted to the scent. After my walk, coming in the door the scent of the candle was not noticable until I was about 10 feet from it.


The candle made from soy which makes them non-toxic. This is a great thing to help keep the air you are breathing more clear. Next these candles are labeled to burn for over 70 hours. My candle did not last anywhere near that length of time. My candle made it about 33 hours.


If you are in the market looking for great smelling candles I recommed checking out Sugar Creek Candles.
