8-inch Chef's Knife Review

This is a stainless steel 8 inch chef's knife from Martello Technology. This is a very decent knife over all. I was kind of suprised that this knife did not come with any kind of sleeve since it is a quality knife.

To start with the knife seems to balanced nicely. There is a little more weight to the edge but that has a great purpose. Now for the added weight for the blade will actually increase the edge life of your blade. It will pull done through what you are cutting easier with less force.

The edge of the blade is very sharp. I have been using it now for about a month and have not seen any lose of sharpness. I have used it to cut meats, veggies, and cleaning fruits. I have hit a few bones while cleaning some pieces of meat and it does not show any problems from that either. I do not recommend slamming any blade abusively against bones, wood, or seed cores regardless of the knife.

If you are looking for a good chef's knife for around the kitchen this is for sure one to check out. This knife comes in at the above average performance at a very inexpensive price tag. It is stainless steel so it will be hard to destroy unless you put forth the effor to do so, has good balance, and nice weight at the blade. I would like to thank Martello Technology and affiliates for sending me this chef's knife to try out and share my opinion.

Portable Tire Inflator Pump Review

This is a protable air pump to carry along in your vehicle. It is lightweight coming in at a little over 5 pounds. This pump works from a 12 volt care lighter plug.

This is a perfect air pump for those that do a lot of bicycle riding. It can inflate your tires very simply if you have to change out a tube. It only takes a couple of minutes to air up small tires like a bicycle. However when it comes to car tires it takes up to 15 minutes. Anything past about 40 PSI it does begin to struggle a fair bit.

The power plug that is attached for your lighter plug is only 10 feet long. This can make it impossible for people that have large vehicles. There is an adapter to hook it directly to the battery which helps a great deal for the front half of a large vehicle. In honestly this cable should be about 2x its length.

I do like the compact size of this unit. My mother(65+) was able to tote the compressor around without any issues at all. My mother was also able to attach the unit through the lighter plug in the car and air up a tire. This is saying a bit for a lady that is mechanically challenged. She was able to program the pressure she wanted the compressor to stop at on the LED screen. The hardest thing she had problems with was getting the pump back into the carrying case that it came with. Only because the power line was not cooperating with her.

This pump is designed to help you out if you encounter a slow leak to help you get in if you are not able to change a tire. It can be used as a pump for bicycles versus using a hand pump. It comes with 3 adapters to be able to attach to many different valve stems.

If you are looking for an average air compressor at a fairly inexpensive price this is one you might consider. It will help you out in a pinch with tire trouble, comes with multiple adapters, and works on a 12V system. I would like to thank Odyseaco and affiliates for sending me this tire pump to try out and share my opinion.

Raukey 4 in 1 USB Charging Cable Review

This is a charging cable to fit almost any kind of device on the market. This is a set of two cables when you place your order. This set of 4 in 1 charging cables are white with some blue hight lights to it.

These charging cables work for apple, windows, andriod, or other common devices. I have not found any devices current on the market that this will not work for charging devices. All these cables require are a powered USB port to charge your device. I was able to use my laptop, desktop, portable backup battery charger, 110 to USB wall adapter, and my 12v to USB lighter plug adapter for powered USB ports to charge my devices.

These cables are a little more bulky then your typical charging cable though. That should be expected though since it does have 4 separate types of charging heads. These cables are like almost all of the other cables on the market with a silicone coating covering the majority of the cable.

If you are looking for a means to charge multiple devices without having to carry 40 different cables at one time, this set of 2 cables will take care of your needs. I would like to thank ZingTech and affiliates for sending me this set of cables to try out and share my opinion.
