Ceramic Knives Set

This is a 6 pieces set in all. The set includes 4 knives, peeler, and a block to store the knives. This set of knives and peeler have green handles with white blades. The block for holding these knives are made from green strands in a plastic housing. The sizes of knives included in this set are:

1-6 inch Chef's Knife
1-5 inch Santoku Knife
1-5 Inch Utility Knife
1-3 inch Paring Knife
1 - Peeler

I am going to start with the block for storing the knives. This is a bunch of straight strands of green material that do not hold a specific form. You can arrange the knives in this block in any manner that works best for you. The knives slide in with ease and I have stored 2 additional blades in my block with no issues.

Now the knives being ceramic means they are super sharp. The blades will hold the edge for a very long time as long as you take care of the blades. The knives are very light weight and very easy to weild. Ceramic blades are however fragile. Take care to never use the tips to try and pry anything ever. Dropping the blades can chip and break them as well if they hit a hard surface. Sadly my 5 inch utility knife has found the tile floor once and the tip has been destroyed and the edge in the middle of the blade also chipped out.

These knives are great for any kitchen and will last a very long time as long as they are taken care or properly. So if you need some lightweight, very sharp knives, that comes with a neat knife storing block. I would like to thank The Green Kitchen Group LLC for sending me this set of knives to try out and share my opinion.
