I would like to start of by saying that the pills do not taste bad when taken. They are rather large though. I do not know if it is my system or not but after a couple of weeks of taking these, I had to stop. I was hoping that the belching of raspberry would end, but it did not for me until I stopped taking them. I did not see any real decrease in my appetite while taking them. Again I think that this was probably my body not reacting to the supplements.
