I was sent the large sleeve to try out. Well it was actually for my nephew who is a junior in high school. He participates in sports all of the time and lifts weights daily. On the days he works his legs he really enjoys wearing this sleeve. Before he used to make the statement that every time he does squats he feels like he is going to blow his knee out. Now for me, I could not get it on my knee was not large enough for me. However it did fit perfectly for my elbow!
