This is a rather large picnic blanket. The blanket measures 60" x 80" This makes it perfect for a couple looking to get lost for the afternoon and have a nice place to set up at. It folds up fairly compact and is very light weight.
This blanket folds up into about the size of a small handbag. It weights a little bit over one pound. This makes it so easy to take almost anywhere. Personally I have a picnic basket that I put this under the handle and off I go. Now as far as folding it up, it does not require any super folding skills. It may take a few times of working the folds to get it down. Once folded properly there is a Velcro strip that attaches it with a nice carry strap that makes it compact.
This blanket offers a waterproof cushioned backing that prevents you from getting wet from damp lawns or surfaces. It is a 100% soft cotton fleece which should not irritate your skin and will provide hours of comfort. So if you are in the market for a very nice picnic blanket this is the one for sure. Since it is so light weight and compact it can be carried a great distance and you will not be worn out from a heavy load once you get there.
