This is a very simple designed watch with a band design of red, white, and blue. The watch offers a large face design. The watch offers a very slim design. The watch band is a very unique design and will take time to get it to work for you.
I will start with the clock face. It has a plastic cover much like those made for eye glasses to help reduce scratching. Therefore the covering of the face should be somewhat durable for an active life style. Now for the face it is a white/pearl color with fairly boring markers. The statement Skmei is also printed on the face of the watch and it is a company I have never heard anything about.
Next, the watch claims that it is water proof for about 30 meters. Then in the instructions it says it is not designed for being submerged. To me this is not good practice to claim something it is not. If it was water proof to 30 meter there would not be a disclaimer saying do not submerge the watch. It should be stated water resistant for being able to handle rain and splashes of water.
I have had no issue with the watch keeping accurate time once I removed the battery saver. Now the watch calls for it being a mens watch. Sadly I can not see this as a mens watch. I was unable to even get the band to touch going around my wrist. This is more for a small child, pre-teen, or a ladies watch. The design is universal enough to work for either sex. This is a great starter watch for your child to learn how to take responsibility for jewelry. It is cheap enough that if it is lost of damaged it is not a huge loss.
If you are looking for a starter watch for a child this is a great watch to consider. If you are a lady and do not join in a lot of physical work/activies that damages watches this is a great choice as well.
