This is a grinder designed for pets; mainly dogs and cats. This is a very simple device to use and designed to help prevent over clipping and hurting your animals. When you order this nail clipper it does not come with batteries, so you will need to plan accordingly.
To start with the grinder wheel is inset a bit to keep from getting to far into the nails and hurting the critter. This is a very nice safty feature that I like. I am not sure how sturdy the grinder wheel is after prolonged use. I know I have used it once on the pooches and I do not see any wear on the grinding wheel as of yet.
Next the noise level as the grinder is running is not silent but it is not to loud to scare my dogs. They were a little bit skiddish at the start of my first use but they soon figured out that it was not going to harm them.
If you are in the market for a nail grinder for your critters this is one you might want to consider. It is not overly loud, easy to use, safe for your critters, and compact. I would like to thank Lastincart and affiliates for sending me this nail grinder to try out and share my opinion.
