This is a hammonk from Live Infinitely that is designed for 2. It is made from Nylon which makes it durable. It is a fairly quick set up hammock. The hammock is very light weight which makes it great to add to anyone backpack or camping gear. Upon ordering this hammock it came with 2 tree straps, the hammock, a carrying bag for the staps, a carrying bag for the hammock, and an instructions page.
To start with the hammock is made from 210T grade nylon. Had to go find out what that meant. It is the same grade that most parachutes are made from. The hammock is rated to hold 450 pounds which makes it usuable by 2 adults for the most part. Then the tree straps are rated to hold 200 pounds each. The hammock is about 6 feet wide. This can be deceptive since the sides roll up and makes it look like it is a lot thinner. The hammock lenght is 9 to 10 feet long depending on how tight you have the straps to the tree.
This hammock is great for camping and fishing trips. It is easy to set up and take down. The hardest part is getting the hammock back into the bag. Since it is so light weight and compact it takes up little to no room. While you are out on your trips it is certainly more comfortable to sleep in this hammock then on the ground. Total time they claim to set up is about 5 minutes. It takes me that long just to get a tree strap in place. For me the total time setting up this hammock takes 12 to 15 minutes. A very acceptable time to have a much more comfortable place to sleep. It does not have to only be used in that manner, if you want a lazy day out in the sun you can set up the hammock and grab your favorite book and relax.
Getting into the hammock is a bit easier then the old rigid hammocks I have had in the past. These hammocks do not spin and flip on you. They can be a little more difficult to move around in versus the rigid hammocks. That is the only down side to these hammocks from Live Infinitely.
Now for the care of the hammock. You should not leave it out over night unless you plan to be there with it! I found this out the hard way. It says not to leave it out over night in the instructions but I did not think anything about it where I live at. Well some of the wild life decided they did not like where I had it placed on the 3rd night. The hammock did not fair well from this meeting with the wild life. Howerver the hammock straps are perfect still and I will be ordering another hammock closer to summer time again.
If you want a great hammock for camping, fishing, treking, or just a lazy day out in the sun this hammock is certainly one to pick up. Since it is super easy to set up/take down, light weight, compact, and sleeps up to 2 adults. I would like to thank Live Infinitely for sending me this hammock to try out and share my opinion.
