This is a mircorfiber towel that is actually decent sized. It is roughly 24 inches by 48 inches. It is 100% hypoallergenic so there are no worries of an allergic reaction to the material. Upon ordering this towel it came with a very nice bag to store it in.
I use this when I am at the gym. I leave it hanging in my locker once I have completed my shower after my work out. It is a very thin material so it is not hanging there bulky and in my way while I am after other items in my locker. This is a very important aspect since you are dealing with a very small area for storage. Folded up and in the carrying bag it is about the size of a standard envelope. It is about an inch in thickness inside the bag.
Care for this towel is the same as any other microfiber towel. Do not use fabric softeners or harsh chemicals like bleach. I use a delecates bag to wash mine so it does not transfer lint to my towel. If you do not use a bag similar to a delecates bag then you need to wash it with only other microfiber towels to prevent the lint transfer.
This towel is much larger then the normal microfiber towels I have seen and used. Most about 2/3 the size of this towel. That can make it a bit diffcult to get to the small areas in the back. These towels are designed to absorb huge amounts of water, up to 9x I think is what it said. I have no way to figure that out, all I know is I do not have a problem getting dried off with this towel. The towel surface does take a little bit to get used to because it is made differently. That does not take long at all once you feel how well it does.
