This is a very inexpensive flashlight for what it can really do. It can be used for a lot of different applications. This light has 3 different light settings to choose from. When you order this flashlight it comes with a bicycle clamp as well.
To start with the 3 light settings. The button on the back of the flashlight is how the light settings are controlled. Pressing the button the first time will put the light in high beam mode. Pressing the button again will turn the light off. Now you press the button one more time and it will go to the low setting. Again pressing the power button once in low setting will turn the light off. Lastly pressing the button one more time will set it to strobe light mode. Once again pressing the button will turn the light off again. It will always follow this pattern of clicks as you are pressing the button.
For the lighting it does fairly well. On the low setting I can see about 30 or 40 feet fairly well. On high it is closer to 100 feet as a guess on being able to see with good clarity. I did not test the strobe mode for distance because I am not a fan of strobe lights.
Now this flashlight has a ton of uses. Personally I keep mine in my pocket at all times because it is so compact. It can be used for walking your pets, treks, or any area you need a bit of light to cross. This light also comes with a clip that can be attached to the handle bars of a bicycle. Once the clamp is in place you can put the flashlight into the clamp for a head light. This is great for those people who are insane enough to get up before the sun and go bike riding or the ones that decide late at night is a better time for a ride.
The flashlight is made from an aluminum alloy type casing so it can with stand some abuse. So if you are riding along and decide to take a spill it will most likely survive. The flashlight is fairly water resistant so it can be used in the rain as well. The light is not designed to be submerged under water though. Since it is an LED light it will have at least 30k hours of time on the bulb before it has a chance to fail for the most part.
If you are looking for a very low priced, well built, and very compact this is one you need to consider. It also has features of being water resistant and multiple uses. I would like to thank GearBest and affiliates for sending me this flashlight to try out and share my opinion.
