Motion Sensor Light Review

This is a solar light that reacts to motion. It is very easy to install and since it is solar powered it is very easy to maintain. It is about the size of half a basketball so it is not big and bulky. The design is decent so it does look well in entry ways and porches.

The light is easy to mount to almost any surface. The light works great as long as you make sure it gets plenty of light to power it. After installing it there is an on/off switch if you do not want to have it on every night. Personally I leave mine on at all times and it tends to scare people away that might be skulking just because a light comes on.

How the light works is fairly simple. During the day while it is building its charge the light is off. It has a sensor that turns the light off to conserve the battery while charging. Now after dark the light does come on, but it is very dim. Then once the motion sensor is tripped it gets much brighter. The motion sensor picks up actions about 25 to 30 feet away from where the light is mounted.

If you are in the market for solar light to improve your lighting in your walkways or paths this light will certainly help with that. It is very easy to install and works great as long as it can get a good, solid charge. I would like to thank Unicorn-uk and affiliates for sending me this solar light to try out and share my opinion.
