100 Feet Garden Hose Review

This is one of the expandable hoses that has been advertised on television many times. This is a 100 foot hose which is one of the longer hoses you can order easly. I orderd this hose at 100 foot and on the box that it was shipped in was a description of 150 feet. I am not sure on the exact length, other than it is really long.

First off if you are looking for a hose like this make sure to get one with the brass fittings. They are much better at preventing leakage at the fittings. Second thing you must do once purchasing this type of hose is read the care instructions. Lastly follow the care instructions or the hose will not last long at all.

Care instructions include filling the hose the first time and releasing the water once you are done using the hose. There is a proper way to help prevent you from getting with the hose as it retracts. Also do not let the hose get weather abused by keeping it in the shade or from freezing. Long exposure of each will certainly do damage to the hose.

Personally this is my fourth hose like this that I own. I have them placed in the shed in the front and back of the house, one attached to the wall under an awning, and the last one I keep in the garage for any other instance that may arise. I like how light weight they are and how much space these hoses do save. I do not crank the water pressure on max because I am not fighting a fire, so no need, but if you do put a lot of pressure through the hose it can cause it to burst. Oh yea, never attach this to a pressure washer it will pop very quickly!

If you are looking for an expandable hose for space saving this one from Ohuhu is a great hose to pick up. Make sure to follow the instructions on care and the hose should last a long time. I would like to thank House and affiliates for sending me this expandable hose to try out and share my opinion.
