The jump start ability is only the beginning of what this device can do. Upon ordering this device you get a cigarette lighter adapter, car charger, AC adapter, 4 in 1 USB cable, jumper cables, the power bank unit, and instructions manual.
Most of the cables that are in this package are pretty self evident. The 2 cables for the car lighters, AC adapter, and 4 in 1 USB charging cable. Now for the jumper cables you need to read and follow the directions closely sent in the manual. This is very important because doing the steps out or order can cause damage to the device.
Some of the extra features with this include a back up battery of 16,800 MAH, and a flashlight. The flashlight is turned on by holding the power button on the side for a few seconds. To turn the flash light back off all you have to do is hold the power button on the side for a few seconds again. The other added feature of being a back up battery pack is also very nice. I was able to charge my phone, tablet, and ear buds from the pack without any troubles. When it comes to recharging the back up battery pack I tried out a few methods for testing purposes. I was able to charge the unit from a car lighter plug but this was very slow. Next I went with the AC adapter this seemed to charge the batter in a little over an hour.
With this unit your devices that you charge are protected from short circuit, over current, under voltage, over temperature, and reverse polarity protection. This back up battery system will shut down if any of these conditions arise. Not to mention that this entire unit has a 1 year warranty.
If you are in need of an emergency kit that you can keep in your car for a lot of purposes this in a unit you need to pick up. It gives you the ability to jump start your car. If by chance the battery back up is low on power you can find any 110 AC port and recharge to get the pack ready to jump your car. It can recharge your devices if you need that can be charged from a USB port. It is also a flash light so you can see to find things in your trunk or tool box in areas not well lit.
