This is not only for runners! It is a very handy carry all without having to be bulked down by some bag or purse. The belt is adjustable to fit snug so it is not bouncing all around out of control while walking or running. The bag does seem to be very durable and has a decent quality zipper on it as well. It has an opening for headphone jacks to an I-pod. Inside there is a small pocket to hold the I-pod in place as well. Now in the bag there is enough room to carry some cash, wallet, or other small items that might be needed while out and about. The material of the bag is very soft so there is no worries about rubbing while moving.
I have seen these bags used everywhere. From people wearing them as jogging bags for their ID and music. To the little old ladies at the casino's moving from machine to machine and not having to carry a large clutch or anything. The uses of this bag are limitless with they way it is designed and constructed.
