I was sent the grill brush to test out. I remember using a grill brush for the broilers at work when I was cooking. The brushes we had there were a lot more durable but then again it was a commercial brush and broiler lol. For the griller and backyard cooks this is a great brush. My old weber I use the grate was in horrible shape. The brush did not fix that, but it clean it up very nicely. I started up the grill and got the grate nice and hot to make it a bit easier to clean. I started scrubbing with this brush. I was able to put quite a bit of pressure on it. The brush did bow a little bit while I was cleaning the grate but quickly returned to it regular form. The bristles did not bend over and smash in like most grill brushes do. The bristles go in all directions witch helps with cleaning between the grates much faster and more efficiently. Now as far as the heat while cleaning the grate, I could feel the heat but it was not burning my hands like most shorter brushes will do. This makes it where you can do a much better job of cleaning your grill grates.
The pros of this grill brush are very easy to tell right away! They include: reinforced twisted wire shaft to help prevent bending, stainless steel bristles that are much stronger the other bristles, and a longer handle for cleaning so you don't fell like you are burning your arms off. The only bad thing I have found about this brush is if you are not really careful, and you hit the bristles it will draw some blood.
