HB30P7 USB 3.0 7-Port Hub Review

This is a remarkable piece of equipment. I have an issue of always running out of USB slots around my house. This really makes that not a factor anymore. It is super simple to hook up, and I have found no errors on the plug and play on the 3 desktops I hooked it to or the laptop. All it requires to get it functioning is plugging in the power cord. Then plugging that into the back of the unit. From there you hook up the USB 3.0 cable to the back of the unit to the USB port on your computer. Then you have 7 USB 3.0 add on ports in less then a minute.

Now for the Tech. stuff of the unit: features VL812 Controller Chipset for full hub optimization. USB 3.0 transfer speeds up to 5Gbps. Built-in Voltage and Current control Unit and Leakage and Short-Circuit protection Unit with All-Solid Capacitor. This unit also comes with an 18 month warranty.

Personally I have this hub hooked up to my desktop and sitting on top of my desk. Currently I have 2 cell phone chargers plugged into it, charging cord for my bluetooth headphones, external hard drive, my USB flexible light, and I also used both of my flash drives in the hub to make sure I was able access them. They both worked flawlessly, one was a sandisk and the other PNY flash drives. There was never any loss or shutting down with any work load I put it through.

If you are like me when it comes to USB ports, unplug this to plug this in, and wait for that to get done to unplug that to hook up the next thing. This is a great way to make it so much easier. I really do recommend this hub if you are in the market for being able to expand simply and effectively. I would like to thank Gurin and affiliates for sending me this Hub to try out and leave my opinion.
