This is an adjustable set of insoles to padding your feet. This box includes to set of supports. One if for high arch support and the other is your normal gel inserts for everyday work shoes. These inserts are designed for men's sizes 8 to 12 and women's 9 to 13.
These are a budget set of insoles. They are 1/3 of the cost of the Dr. Scholl's inserts. I have used both the budget and premium inserts. The ones here from Beyond Comfort last about 1/2 as long as the premium inserts. The inserts are also a little bit more difficult to adjust to the size of your shoe versus the premium inserts. This is not a big deal if it takes a bit more work to get adjusted for the best fit.
The insoles certainly help with impact pains from being on your feet for extended periods of time. I know they help with the fatigue, aches, and pains. When you start dealing with the pain at the source it helps through out the rest of your body. I know my feet, calves, knees, and back feel much better after a day of these insole helping pad the impact.
