Grill Mat Review

These are thin mats designed to work on your grill. They will work on either gas or coal grill racks. The mats can be cut to size with a pair of scissors. These mats work great for the novice or expereinced grill masters out there. Upon ordering these grill mats you will get 3 in the set.
The mats are great when it comes to preventing sticking. These mats will also help prevent flare up burns on grills. Even though the mats do prevent flaming up and sticking they also prevent good grill marks on your meat. If you do not care about the grill marks as long as the meat is cooked correctly these are great.

I have found that putting a very small drop of oil on the surface before you lay the meat on the mat is great. I have had nothing ever stick on these mats with a small drop of oil on the mat. If you cover your meats with a ton of BBQ sauce make sure you turn the meat often or the BBQ sauce will boil, bake, and burn to the meat and mat with some sticking. I have also found that if you put a small hole every couple of inches on the mat it also stops BBQ suace from sticking and burning.  This can be done really quick and easy with a normal everyday hole punch.

To date I have cooked boneless skinless breasts of chicken, leg quarters, hot dogs, brawts, hamburgers, crab cakes, pork chops, steaks, lamb shanks, ke-bobs, vegetables, and many other things on these mats with great success. They make it very easy to tend to the grill items when you do not have to worry about sticking.

If you are looking for some mats used for grilling these are some you can pick up and use without any problems. These are great for any level of backyard cook, prevent sticking, flame ups, and can be used on almost any thing that can be cooked on a flat top. I would like to thank C-C-GOOD and affiliates for sending me these mats to try out and share my opinion.
