This is a self standing log tote bag. It is designed to handle a small load of wood while keeping the area much cleaner. These bags are a decent size at 26 x 12 x 10, enough to hold 5 to 9 pieces of wood depending on the cut. This bag is made from a canvas material making it very durable. Currently the bag comes in black, blue, or camo.
The tote bag being a free standing bag makes it much easier to load then traditional floppy sided bages. Part of the rigidness that the bag offers for free standing are these plastic rods that run the length of the bag. This is a great idea and works well but they are designed into the tote poorly. They poke out the ends of the bags and can be a poking hazard if you are not paying attention or see the plastic rod. These rods can be slid back into place without any problems but I think there should be some kind of hard cap to prevent them from poking through the material.
These totes can be used for so many things. I have 2 of these totes that I use for almost anything. Of course I have one I use to tote fire wood in. The second I use for summer time when going to the beach. The tote holds all the towels, flaoties, lunch pail, and changes of clothes. Being in one bag makes for less trips and works great. I also use this bag when I hit the Cosco store because they do not have bags at the check out. I can load my shopping into the bag after being scanned and I do not have to go hunting for boxes or try to load each item one at a time.
If you are in the market for a large all around tote for a multitude of things including fire wood this may be something to consider picking up. It is built to be durable, carry a large load, and is a free standing bag for loading.
