This blog is about what I get from different companies in the mail for free to sample. I give my feedback on the ones I am allowed to discuss or post about.

Color Pen Set Review
This is a set of 36 pens in all. It covers almost any color one may think up from the spectrum. They come in a really cheap plastic "holder". These pens are gel ink pens.
Sadly these pens are super cheap build. The pen housings are cheaply made. The holder is nothing that will be around for any length of time. The gel tips are so-so and on some of them like to clog up. The clogging is fairly easy to fix with a few vigerous strokes typically. However the Ink in the pens are a decent quality. They are very bright and create a solid line. Some of the lighter colors can be difficult to see on plain paper but that is to expected using a light color on white backing.
The next big thing when it comes to pens. Mostly on gel type pens are does it dry quickly or smear. With these pens like any other gel pen, if you do not give it about 10 seconds to dry of course it is going to smear. If you write on top of say scotch tape the ink will never dry into the material and will always smear. Next is about how quickly the ink does dry. On average it took the ink about 10 to 12 seconds to dry completely to paper and not smear or smudge.
If you can get around the cheap build of the pens they will write and perfom nicely for what ever project you are in. It is like have a box of crayons in gel pen form. The ink is decent quality and does dry relatively quick. I would like to thank Terry and affiliates for sending me this set of pens to try out and share my opinion.
