This is a very nicely built tire guage and inflator. The guage offers a large easy to read digital scale. This guage can be used to measure more than PSI. Upon ordering this it comes with the guage, inline air chuck (attached), a small hose attached to the air chuck, and an instructions manual.
I will start out with the very nice easy to read digital screen. This is large enough to see from a distance unlike most. This one I do not have to try and crawl into the rim of the tire to try and see the pressure reading. Now the most important part of this guage is that the digital screen is backlit. I can not even begin to count the number of times I have had to air up my tire in the dark and trying to hold a flashlight while I try to air up the tire and read the plunger.
Below the digital screen are 2 buttons. This powers the unit on/off and the other reads what type of pressure you would like to measure. These are the 4 different measurements you can set your guage to: 0 - 255 PSI, 0 - 18 Bar, 0 - 18 Kg/cm2, 0 - 1800 kpa. Yes that is correct it is able to read pressures up to 255 PSI which is extremely nice.
When you do order this guage it does not come fully assembled. The air hose is attached to the air chuck but that is not attached to the guage. This is very simple to finalize the set up though. All it requires is spinning the hose into place in the guage and snug it. From there it is attach it to your air feed at the base and it is ready to go.
Every thing about this guage seems to be built out of decent material. It does appear to be very durable with its construction. The fittings all fit in snug with out leaks. The only part of this that you could consider bad is the included inline air chuck. It is not the best quality but it does work well as long as you keep a small amount of pressure towards the stem. It does have a clip that will keep it attached to the valve stem threads so you do not have to worry about it flying off and smacking you in the head.
If you are in the need of a new tire guage that can attach to a compressor and air up your tires, this is one to consider. It offers durability, easy read out digital screen that has a back light, and will read out to fairly high pressures.
