This is a digital thermometer modle number FF015D. The unit has a flexible tip and back lit screen. It is quick at getting a temperature and we all know how important that can be when it comes to little ones.
Okay to start with thermometer is nice at getting a reading. It is quick at taking the temperature and give you a read out. The display shows in fairly large numbers the results. It having a back lit screen makes it very nice for taking a temperature while someone is in bed and not having to turn on a blinding light to get a reading. Next the tip is bendable so if a child were to bite down on it, it is not going to break or be ruined. You also do not have to worry about someone jabbing it into their mouth and doing damage from the impact since it has the flexible tip.

We are a family products brand owned and operated in the USA(Midwest) where quality and value are always built into our products....Okay this is pretty cool until you look down on the box 3 inches and it is Made In China! How can the midwest have anything to do with quality or value if made in another country. I can understand that the products are ordered in bulk to there and then shipped out for the orders, but do not claim to build the midwest into the products not from there is all I am saying.
Okay enough of that, next comes the cleaning and care of this thermometer. Care is simple, keep it in the protective sleeve that was included. I keep mine in the medicine cabinet where it keeps at room temperature. I am sure you want to try and keep it away from extreme temperatures or they will destroy the unit. When it comes to cleaning I use an alcohol swab to clean after being used. Since I do not have any of the thin plastic sleeves to cover the thermometer when put into the mouth.
If you are looking for a really good thermometer to have around the house for those times of being down in the health, this unit will make it easy for you to keep track of your temperature and progress on getting better. Having a back lit screen is always a plus when it comes to reading any digital read out.
