Led desk lamp Review

This is pretty neat desk lamp. It has an adjustable neck that is about 2 feet long. It will clip to almost anything 2 inches or smaller in thickness. The lamp comes with multiple light settings. It is powered through a USB cable. When I ordered this lamp it came with the desk lamp, USB to 110 adapter, and an instructins manual.

To start with the light settings. There are 3 different settings with this lamp. Each of these are achieved by pressing the inline push button that is attached to the lamp. The first click with give you what they call a cool white. To me this is your normal every day LED enhanced light. The second click of the inline button gives off a warm light as they call it. This is a yellowish tint to me and not extremely bright. The thrid click gives what they call a natrual light. This to me is kind of like a regular bulb light versus and LED lighting source. CLicking the button the fourth time will turn the light completely off.

The clamp that attaches the unit to the desk is really nice. It is a very sturdy clip with a strong spring in it. This will make it hold in place without losing its grip. It also makes it where so if you bump the light accidently it does not go flying off and crashing to the floor. On the clamp behind where the area of the desk would hit there are padded cloths around them to make sure not to damage the edges of the surface you are attaching the lamp.

Now for the adjustable neck on the lamp. It is about 2 feet long and can be adjusted to almost any configuration you need to have the best possible light in the area you really need it. This is a worm like housing that I have never had a great amount of success with. They tend to become lose over time in my eperience. This does appear to be much more tighter and durable then the others I have had in the past. So far I have had it about a month and adjusted it a few times and it has not shown any signs of becoming weaker from adjustments.

The lamp comes with the options of 2 different ways to supply power to the light. First off it comes as a USB plug. I have attached it to my laptop, desktop, backup batter charger, and my car charger. The light worked flawlessly with my laptop, desktop, and car charger. The light was very bright with all three of these methods. When I attached it to my portable back up chager the light was much more dim but was still fucntioning, but that is not an ideal source of power for this light. The second option is the USB to 110 adapter that comes with the desk lamp. This is your typical plug into the wall socket and attach the USB into it. This works great to powere the lamp with out any issues.

If you are looking for a new desk lamp that is adjustable, portable, and easy to set up this is a lamp to consider. It would be great attached to a work bench, desk, table, or reloading bench. The lamp provides a lot of light and will last for a very long time since all the bulbs are LED and designed to last thousands of hours. I would like to thank Zitrades for sending me this desk lamp to try out and share my opinion.
