Ohuhu Canvas Bag Review

This is a very nice canvas bag offered from Ohuhu. It offers many separate storage areas. When you order this bag it comes inside the insert you can use inside the bag for protecting valuable items. The bag is a yellowish tan color.

This bag comes with a very long shoulder strap. I am a fairly large person wearing a 46 suit coat for those that know those measurements. The shoulder strap is long enough to take over the top of my head and still have the bag still be in a comfortable position my side.  The strap can be adjust down to much shorter to an almost brief case length handle. The shoulder strap attaches about mid way down on the side of the bag. These spot where it attaches at appear to be sewn into place very well. It would take some real effort to break this free from the side of the case. It would for sure slow down a bag snatcher.

Next comes all of the storage areas. On each side of the case is a small pocket below where the should strap attaches. These two pockets are about the right size to hold a 12 ounce cola can. Next when you lift the cover flap of the bag you have a pocket that goes almost the full width of the bag. This pocket is a couple inches deep and would hold something about the size of standard 70 page spiral notebooks. Then when you go into the main compartment of the bag there is one more small pocket. This one is not a very large pocket and has some movability in the bag. It would hold most normal cell phones or charging cables. The main compartment is fairly large. It will  a couple days of clothes if need be. If you use the insert in the bag it takes up a good portion of the main compartment bag space. Lastly the insert that comes with this bag. It is designed to hold special items you want to protect a bit more. It will take up about 2/3 of the main compartment space once it is inserted.

The insert is a foam box covered in cloth material. The top of this insert has removable Velcro lids. It is very soft and helps prevent impact damage. It is mostly designed to put small electronics in to protect them. Things like cameras, phones, recorders, even my 10 inch tablet fits in this insert. with it being in the canvas bag the foam walls have no problem retaining its form.

I have used this bag for a couple of purposes other then a camera/electronics bag. I have used it on over night trips because I like the material and it is a very solid bag. I have used it to transport my electronics as well. I put my tablet, webcam, and speakers in. I have used the small bag in the main compartment to hold my wireless ear buds and USB to micro USB cables so they were easy to find. I then put my laptop in next the insert and my charging  cables in the main compartment. I then used the side pockets for my mouse and battery back up chargers.

Over all this is a great bag with how it is built. It has strong stitching in all aspects as far as I can tell. The zippers are not the 10 cent junk things most bags have now days. Where the top flap and the side pocket flaps attach are some push in clips. These push clips appear to be sewn in place very well. The snaps that these clip into are also very tight and firm fitting once attached. The canvas is reasonably thick which makes it able to take some over stuffing if you have too. I try not to do that with anything so it lasts longer because if you over stuff and take things past their max often they are going to break because it is more then it was intended for.

If you are looking for a great bag with lots of options in storage space, protection for small electronics, or maybe even a really cool diaper bag I strongly recommend checking into this bag. It will cover all your needs for  carrying items for you for many years to come. I would like to thank Leesan and affiliates for sending me this bag to try out and share my opinion.
