Sleeping Mask Kit Review

This kit is designed to help with blocking out noise and light during sleep. Upon ordering this kit I got the mask and a set of ear plugs in a plastic container.

The mask is made of a soft material. It feels comfortable to the skin while wearing it. The mask has a velcro strap in the back that connect together and used to adjust the tension of the mask on the face. This mask also has cupped eye cover areas to try to keep the mask off of your eyelashes. Sadly the masks cupped areas are so flimsy that the pretty much lay flat against your eyes regardless of how tight you have the mask. I had it to the point that there was a lot of light coming in around the mask and the cups where still crumbling under that little bit of pressure.

Next is the ear plugs. They are your typically compression ear plugs. You skwish them down and insert them into your ears and they expand for a snug fit inside the ear canal. These ear plugs are not designed to completely block out noise they only slightly reduce the noise level. You can still clearly hear everything going on around in the room, your alarm, or anyone talking. They are designed to help reduce the sudden sharp noise impact on your sleep.

If you are looking for a mask to reduce the light while you are sleeping this mask more then gets that job completed. If you need something to reduce the noise a little bit the ear plugs will take care of that as well. So over all it is a good kit for most people. For me pressing so firmly against my eye lashes is not an option for me though. I would like to thank Adventure at naturre and affiliates for sending me this sleeping mask kit to try out and share my opinion.
